Like the time I was listening to the Phil Anselmo interview.  Today, I saw a book at the library while studying called "Great Moments in Rock 'n' Roll" -- how could I resist that?  Turns out it was full of stories from the Twin Cities, and I came across the name of this band that 8md been trying to remember for the better part of a decade.  My newly-freed brain-space thanks u, o procrastination!  Now, back to real studying.
