0.75 tsp baking soda

1.0 tsp kosher salt

1 c. Earth Balance butter alternative

0.75 c. granulated white sugar

0.75 c. brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

0.5 tsp almond extract

3 Tbsp rice milk

(optional: semi-sweet chocolate chips)

(optional: pecans, raisins, etc)

combine above and stir to a homogeneous consistency

cook 10 min @ 375° F.
